Where do you ship?<\/h2>

GOBELINO currently ships from Greece to the following European countries:<\/p>

Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain and Sweden.<\/strong><\/p>

Orders are delivered to the delivery address provided during checkout.<\/p>

How much does shipping cost?<\/h2>

We offer a flat shipping rate of \u20ac15 per order<\/strong> to all countries listed above.<\/p>

The shipping cost is clearly displayed at checkout before payment.<\/p>

How long will my order take to arrive?<\/h2>

Orders are dispatched from Thessaloniki, Greece.<\/p>

The estimated delivery time is approximately 7 business days from dispatch<\/strong>.<\/p>

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by public holidays, local carrier operations or circumstances beyond our control.<\/p>

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information, where available.<\/p>

Can I return an item if I change my mind?<\/h2>

Yes.<\/p>

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order<\/strong>, without giving a reason.<\/p>

To request a return, please contact us at info@gobelino.com<\/a><\/strong> within the 14-day period and include your order number.<\/p>

We will send you the return instructions and return address.<\/p>

After notifying us, the goods must be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you informed us of your decision to withdraw. This reflects the EU rules governing distance sales. Eur-Lex<\/a><\/p>

Who pays for return shipping?<\/h2>

If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for arranging and paying the full cost of returning the parcel to us in Thessaloniki, Greece.<\/strong><\/p>

You may use a postal or courier service of your choice.<\/p>

We strongly recommend using a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage until your refund has been completed.<\/p>

GOBELINO does not cover return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.<\/p>

Under EU distance-selling rules, the consumer may bear the direct cost of returning goods provided that this has been communicated before the purchase. European Union<\/a><\/p>

What condition should returned items be in?<\/h2>

You may inspect the product as you reasonably would in a physical store.<\/p>

Please handle the item carefully and return it without damage, stains or unnecessary signs of use.<\/p>

When will I receive my refund?<\/h2>

Once your withdrawal has been accepted, the applicable amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>

For a valid withdrawal, the refund includes the price paid for the returned products and the cost of our standard outbound delivery.<\/p>

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.<\/p>

What if my item is faulty or I receive the wrong product?<\/h2>

Please contact us at info@gobelino.com<\/a><\/strong> as soon as possible, including your order number and clear photographs showing the problem.<\/p>

If we have sent you the wrong product, or the product is faulty or does not conform to your order, GOBELINO will arrange an appropriate solution at no additional cost to you.<\/strong><\/p>

Depending on the circumstances, this may include replacement of the product. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.<\/p>

Under EU consumer rules, faulty goods are covered by a minimum two-year legal guarantee of conformity, and remedies for defective goods must be provided without cost to the consumer. European Union<\/a><\/p>
