We have written them as clearly as possible. By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

This website, www.gobelino.com, operates under the trading name GOBELINO and is owned and operated by Ioannis Gaitanos, a sole proprietor based in Thessaloniki, Greece.
GOBELINO specialises in decorative cushion covers and coordinated home textiles, crafted in Greece using carefully selected woven fabrics.

GOBELINO is the trading brand used for products sold through this website.
2. Our products
GOBELINO specialises in decorative home textiles, including decorative cushion covers and sofa throws.
We make every reasonable effort to describe our products accurately and provide clear information about dimensions, materials and other important characteristics on each product page.
Please read the product description carefully before placing an order.
Product images are intended to represent colours and textures as accurately as reasonably possible. However, slight differences may occur due to lighting, photography and individual screen settings.
Where a product is sold as a cushion cover only, the cushion insert is not included unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page.
3. Prices
All prices displayed on our website are shown in euros (€).
Prices displayed at checkout include applicable taxes where required.
Any applicable shipping charge is displayed separately before you complete your purchase.
For the European destinations we currently serve, our standard shipping charge is €15 per order.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Any change will not affect an order that has already been accepted.
4. Placing an order
To place an order, select the products you wish to purchase, add them to your cart and complete the checkout process.
Before submitting your order, you will have the opportunity to review the products selected, quantities, delivery details and total price.
After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where, for example, a product is unavailable, there has been an obvious pricing or technical error, payment has not been authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the amount paid will be refunded.
5. Payment
Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
Your order will only be processed once payment has been successfully authorised or received.
Payment information is processed through the payment services available on our website. GOBELINO does not require customers to send payment-card details by email.
6. Shipping
Orders are dispatched from Thessaloniki, Greece.
We currently ship to:
Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain and Sweden.
The standard shipping charge is €15 per order.
The estimated delivery time is approximately 7 business days from dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address during checkout.
7. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer purchasing online, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

8. Return shipping
For returns made because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for arranging and paying the direct cost of returning the goods to us in Thessaloniki, Greece.
You may select the postal or courier service you prefer.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method and retaining proof of postage.
Please contact us before sending your return so that we can provide the correct return instructions.
9. Refunds following withdrawal
Where you validly exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, we will refund the payments due under applicable law, including the cost of our standard outbound delivery.
If you selected a more expensive delivery option than our standard delivery, any additional cost is not required to be refunded.
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

11. Faulty, damaged or incorrect products
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at info@gobelino.com and provide your order number and photographs showing the problem where appropriate.
If the problem is our responsibility, we will provide an appropriate remedy without additional cost to you.
Depending on the circumstances and your statutory rights, this may include replacement, repair where appropriate, a price reduction or refund.

12. Product availability
All orders are subject to availability.
We make reasonable efforts to keep stock information accurate. However, in the unusual event that an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you as soon as possible.
If we cannot fulfil the order, any amount paid for the unavailable product will be refunded.

The GOBELINO name, logo, website design, photographs, product descriptions and other original content appearing on this website may be protected by applicable intellectual property rights.
